Financial Institution Exterior Facade Treatment: 2012

Financial Institution Exterior Facade Treatment: 2012

The ground floor of an existing four (4)-storey structure was renovated to accommodate three (3) entities of the Grace Kennedy Group of Companies. Namely, new branch offices for First Global Bank, First Global Financial Services and JIIC.

This involved the upgrading of an approximately 71-meter run of façade and frontage of the building, on the corner of Duke and Harbour Streets, in Downtown Kingston.

The mandate was to have the proposal reflect their corporate image in a cost effective but secure manner. The solution involved the creation of three (3) curved entry portals highlighted in a bold colour with recessed entryways.

The works also allowed for the limited upgrading of the exteriors of the upper floors.
